bdgame Terms and Conditions

Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds at bdgame: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

• Use only payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10x (meaning you must wager the bonus amount ten times to fulfil the requirement).

For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a specified period — the bonus will be cancelled if it expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met.
• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• If evidence is found of bonus claims from multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.

VIP Program

bdgame offers three VIP levels. You can advance to a higher level through regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

VIP level benefits and cashback amounts may change at bdgame's own discretion.

The following rules are followed to ensure all games on bdgame are conducted fairly and impartially:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).
• If a technical error occurs during a game, bdgame reserves the right to cancel the affected round.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection, it will be settled through an automated process.
• Any complaint about a game result must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.
• Each game provider's own rules may apply.

Game Providers

• Financial losses arising from game outcomes.

If an unexpected change to a user's balance occurs due to a technical error on the platform, bdgame reserves the right to correct it, even after the transaction has been completed.

Closure at the User's Request

bdgame may temporarily or permanently close your account for the following reasons:

Eligible balances of accounts closed for valid reasons will be returned, however bonus balances may be forfeited.
